How quickly will I receive my order?
As quickly as we can cut, package and ship to you. Our aim is to dispatch within 48 hours of your order being placed (excluding weekends). We will keep you updated through email, advising when the package has been sent with your personal tracking number. What does preorder mean?
As a small business committed to sustainable slow fashion, our preorder system helps minimize fabric waste and ensures accurate ordering. We open preorders for 7 days, and the turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the last preorder day. Therefore, we recommend placing your order if you like a piece, as reprints are infrequent.
How do I wash my fabric?
We recommend cold hand wash or cold gentle machine wash, washed separately to other clothes, for all our fabrics. Then dry by hanging or lying flat. Linen is generally a very durable fabric, but for longevity we recommend treating it with care and love. Over time, the colours can fade due to wear.
What postage service do we offer?
